Are these products legal in all 50 states?  

Yes, all LEVEL hemp products that are not full spectrum (CBD, CBDa, CBG) are legal because they do not contain any THC equivalent. For our full spectrum products (Relief, Relax, Sleep), there is a small amount of THC equivalent in the form of THCa, which we think is much more effective—but with much less psychoactive effect than THC.
Is there THC in these products?

While LEVEL's CBD, CBDa, and CBG products are formulated to contain less than 0.3% THC, which is the federally legal limit for hemp-derived products, they do contain a small amount of THCa. It's important to understand that THCa is a non-psychoactive precursor to THC. Some very sensitive individuals may experience mild effects from THCa, but it is significantly less psychoactive than THC.
Do you have COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for all products?

Yes, all LEVEL products are validated by a third-party testing facility. All COAs may be accessed through our Test Results page, the QR code on the packaging, or through individual product pages.
Can these products be shipped to all 50 states?   

Yes, all LEVEL products can be shipped to all 50 states. LEVEL is not available for international shipping.
