I say that with tongue-in-cheek because I am a recovering alcoholic with over 6 years without consuming alcohol. Also don't mean to imply that I get a high from this product. I do not. What it does seem to do for me is after getting home from work it has become part of my routine to first, leave all work related **** at the door, second, get out of my work clothes and wash off the day's dirt, third, make myself my evening meal and finally, sitting down and truly relaxing from the day. You can do all that ritual stuff but a stressful day at work has its effects on you physically and including the relax tabs as part of my after work ritual has done wonders for me physically. I suffer from a number of injuries and conditions accumulated over the years and by the end of the work day my body is very tight and tense. I don't realize it at the time but going through my ritual at home and including the relax tabs I can feel myself letting that go.
