Proven sleep support
Results at a glance
Results are based on a 29-day independent observational study conducted with MoreBetter. Findings reflect participant-reported experiences while using Sleep Protab.
Deep dive: the key findings
1. Waking up feeling refreshed
One of the most common complaints about sleep aids is next-day grogginess, often called the “hangover” effect. In this study, participants reported the opposite.
The probability of reporting that they felt refreshed upon waking increased from 19.39% at baseline to 63.44% during product use. That represents a 227% increase in the likelihood of waking up feeling refreshed.
2. Meaningfully Better Sleep Quality
Participants rated their overall sleep quality on a 0–10 scale throughout the study. By Day 29, average sleep quality scores had improved by 49.88%, moving participants from lower baseline ratings to substantially higher reported sleep quality.
3. Longer, More Continuous Sleep
Falling asleep is only half the story. Staying asleep is just as important.
Participants reported a reduction in nightly awakenings, decreasing from an average of 2.84 wakeups per night at baseline to 2.14 wakeups per night during product use. By the end of the study, participants were sleeping an average of 41 minutes longer per night compared to when they started.
4. Fewer Nighttime Disruptions
Waking briefly during the night is common, but frequent awakenings can disrupt restorative sleep cycles.
Over the course of the study, participants experienced approximately 25% fewer nightly wakeups, supporting longer, more uninterrupted sleep.
5. More Productive Days
Better sleep affects how you feel the next day.
Participants were more likely to report feeling productive the day after using Sleep Protab, and many noted improved daytime energy and focus. In addition, 43% of participants agreed that their daytime energy levels felt better during the study period.
Study methodology
- Study Type: Observational, real-world use
- Duration: 29 days (7-day baseline, 21 days of product use)
- Participants: 157 enrolled individuals across varied demographics
- Data Analysis: Linear mixed-effects models accounting for individual differences
- Outcomes: Self-reported sleep and next-day experience metrics
To ensure the results were meaningful, we used validated and widely accepted research instruments commonly used in sleep and well being research. This allowed us to measure real change using standardized benchmarks rather than subjective impressions.
The study also showed variability. Sleep Protab did not work the same way for everyone. Dose, consistency, and individual biology mattered. Some participants saw clearer benefits with consistent use or small dose adjustments. Others experienced improvements mainly in sleep continuity and next day recovery rather than falling asleep faster.
