03 / Finding your dose
Start low, hold steady, adjust slowly.

Days 1 to 5 of product use. Start with 1 tablet daily, at the same time each day.

What if I miss a day of questions?
Missing a day here and there is fine. Reward eligibility requires completing more than 90% of daily questions across the four weeks, which leaves room for the occasional miss. Long absences risk falling below the threshold.
How do I redeem my reward?

Can I stop participating?
Yes, at any time. Reply STOP to any text from the study number and you'll be removed from daily questions. Stopping early forfeits the completion reward, but you may keep any product you've received.
What if I'm traveling during the study?
Bring your Relief Protab bottle with you. The study runs for four weeks and consistency matters, so plan for the full duration before enrolling. Daily text questions reach you anywhere you have phone signal.
The dose feels too strong, or not strong enough. What now?
If too strong, reduce by half a tablet. Protabs are scored for easy splitting. If you don't notice a meaningful change after holding a steady dose for at least 3 days, increase per the dose schedule above. Don't escalate faster than that, since the effect builds with consistency.
What happens to my data?
Your daily responses are collected by MoreBetter on LEVEL's behalf. The data informs product development, marketing, and future research. We may retain it indefinitely on an aggregated or anonymized basis. The full terms are in the Consent & Release you agreed to at enrollment.
